Fue justo hace 12 años cuando empecé a adiestrar perros como hobby. La perra con la que trabajo actualmente se llama Connie vom Schaffe y la tengo desde Noviembre 2007. Anteriormente me dedicaba al cuidado de pasotres alemanes de belleza. Al mismo tiempo, estuve haciendo exámenes para clientes mientras adiestraba a mis perras Arena Campo de Gibraltar y su hija Candy.
Bastante pronto me dí cuenta de que quería más y durante el invienro del 2006/2007 encontré a un hombre del sur de Alemania que llevaba practicando este deporte durante 30 años. Éste hombre consiguió buenos resultados en el mundo y sus últimos fueron en el cempeonato del mundo en Judenburg (A) en el que quedó cuarto y noveno con sus Dobermanns.
Con su ayuda y un muy buen amigo español, que también se dedica a esto desde hace muchos años como guía de pastor alemanes y como juez, mis prioridades cambiaron y cada vez se dirigían más y más en dirección a los perros de trabajo.
Una cosa tengo clara y es que criar y trabajar con perros es y seguirá siendo un hobby para mí.
Vor etwa 12 Jahren habe ich den Hundesport zu meinem Hobby gemacht und bis heute hat sich daran nichts geändert. Seit November 2007 habe ich mit Connie vom Schaffe meinen eigenen „Sporthund“. Davor habe ich verschiedenste Deutsche Schäferhunde aus der Hochzucht zu Prüfungen geführt. Darunter meine Eigenen, Arena Campo de Gibraltar und ihre Tochter Candy.
Schon bald war mir bewusst, dass ich mehr wollte und während des Winters 2006/2007 kam die grosse Chance für mich. Ich lernte einen erfahrenenen Hundeführer aus dem Süden Deutschlands kennen der schon seit 30 Jahren sehr erfolgreich im Hundesport tätig ist. Dieses Jahr, zum Beispiel, wurde er mit seinen zwei Dobermännern 4. und 9. bei der Weltmeisterschaft in Judenburg (A).
Mit seiner Unterstützung sowie deren eines guten Freundes hier in Spanien, auch er seit vielen Jahren im Hundesport als Hundeführer und Leistungsrichter tätig , hat sich mein Schwerpunkt mehr und mehr in die Richtung der Leistungshunde gelenkt.
Für mich ist aber eines klar, ob ich jetzt züchte oder für das Bestehen von Prüfungen arbeite – Es ist und bleibt mein Hobby!
For 12 years now dog sport has been my hobby, during this time my passion and enthusiasm have remained unchanged. In November 2007 I acquired Connie vom Schaffe who is a true “working” dog. During this time I have trained and brought various German Shepard's to exam level and beauty competition, including two of my own dogs, Arena Campo de Gibraltar and her daughter Candy.
I knew from an early stage that I would want to get more and more involved in this activity. During the winter of 2006/2007, I met a dog trainer from the South of Germany, a man with 30 years experience. He has participated in many competitions, with his most recent success being the world championchips in Judenburg (A), where his 2 Dobermans reached 4th and 9th places.
With his support and that of a good Spanish friend, who is also dedicated to dog sport and serves as a guide and judge, my main focus shifted more and more towards the direction of “working” dogs.
It is very clear to me that the passion I have for my hobby, either breeding or working with dogs, is something that I will never lose.
